"Naikan, Path of Reconciliation" constitutes the Second Treasure of the care program "The Path of the Four Treasures". It follows the First Treasure, "The Vital Breath".

 

Techniques

Reconciliation is inspired by "Naikan," a Japanese method of structured introspection. It invites you to revisit your relationships and personal history through three fundamental questions:

1. What have I received?

2. What have I given?

3. What harm have I caused?

 

This guided reflection, conducted in a caring environment, allows you to explore memories, cultivate gratitude, and become aware of the bonds that connect us to others. The psycho-emotional support associated with Naikan encourages gentle inner transformation, without judgment or confrontation.
