Energetic & Spiritual Program
The Path of the Four Treasures
"The Path of the Four Treasures" offers a holistic experience of transformation, drawing upon practices of psycho-energy, Japanese philosophy, and spirituality.
This energetic and spiritual program is a living progression: each “Treasure” is both an energetic portal and a stage of inner maturation. Each holds a specific vibrational frequency and opens a unique dimension of the being — thus preparing access to the next Treasure. This initiatory path unfolds its teachings up to the Fourth Treasure, dedicated to the Soul. It then opens the way to a Fifth Path: the Living Mandala — a space of unification, inner peace, and deep connection. Each stage acts as a vibrational key, revealed through the sincerity and integrity of the journey.
The transmission is offered exclusively online, via individual video sessions, dedicated either to a specific Treasure or to the entire cycle. Sessions are intentionally spaced out, allowing for deep integration, free from the logic of consumption or immediacy.
Each session is an invitation to resonate with a Treasure, to explore its unique energy, receive its wisdom, and let its transformation infuse your being. This path does not aim for performance or mastery, but the gradual awakening of a unified consciousness — rooted in the body, illuminated by the mind, animated by the soul.

First Treasure – The Path of the Body: Inner Misogi
Associated Element: Water
Main Function: Purification and receptivity
Effects: Energetic cleansing, emotional grounding, presence in the moment
The First Treasure is devoted to the body — not as an object to control or heal, but as a living sanctuary, a sacred channel. It opens the first vibrational gate of the program, acting as a profound energetic purification and a return to the present moment.
Inner Misogi, from the Shinto tradition of Japan, is transmitted here in a contemporary, accessible form. It is not a ritual bath, but a path of energetic cleansing, conscious breath, and self-presence. The body becomes a clear space, ready to receive the subtler frequencies of the next Treasures.
Each Treasure in the cycle acts as an energetic portal. Misogi is the threshold. By releasing physical, emotional, and mental stagnations, it gradually raises the practitioner’s vibrational frequency, opening them to higher states of listening, silence, and connection.
Practices transmitted:
-
Ibuki Breathing – Traditional Japanese breath centered on the hara
-
Heart-Breath Mudra – Sacred posture promoting grounding and receptivity
-
HA Vocalisation – Exhalation sound to release impurities
These simple gestures, connected to breath and intention, transform breathing into a daily ritual.
「禊により、神の流れとつながる」
Through Misogi, I join the flow of the divine.
Physical and energetic benefits:
-
Release of accumulated physical tensions
-
Activation of vital breath (Ki) along the body-mind axis
-
Nervous system regulation through deep exhalation

This First Treasure prepares the ground for Naikan Reflection. It anchors, cleanses, and recenters. It is the silent root of a lasting vibrational transformation.
Note: This Treasure can be transmitted in one to three sessions depending on the rhythm of the participant. It is designed to be practiced independently as a daily grounding and purification ritual.

Second Treasure – The Path of Reconciliation: Naikan
Associated Element: Earth
Main Function: Affective memory and stability
Effects: Lucid introspection, conscious gratitude, heart pacification
The Second Treasure invites an inner turning. After purifying the body and opening the breath with Misogi, we approach the heart and its affective memory. Naikan is a Japanese introspective practice that opens a space of lucidity, healing, and gratitude.
Structured around a fundamental triptych — What have I received? What have I given? What harm have I caused? — it allows for a subtle and often moving exploration of past relationships. It is not about judgment, but about sincere awareness of our connections, emotional debts, lacks, offerings, and wounds.
This Earth path roots the practitioner in lived experience. It soothes relational tensions, illuminates emotional shadows, and restores the heart’s axis. In silence, through writing or inner speech, one revisits their story to rediscover what was forgotten: acts of love received, words left unsaid, wounds inflicted through unconsciousness.
Naikan works as an invisible medicine. It reconnects us to the humility of our humanity.
Practices transmitted:
-
Guided Naikan Reflection – According to the traditional triptych
-
Silent writing and introspective journaling
-
Conscious silence and sharing times (integrative pauses)
-
Visualisation: The Garden of the Unspoken (active imagery practice)
「内観は心の鏡である」
Naikan is a mirror for the heart. — Ishin Yoshimoto

This Second Treasure follows Misogi to deepen rooting. It strengthens the cleansed inner space, planting seeds of forgiveness and insight. It prepares for spiritual elevation through heart clarity.
Note: This Treasure may be experienced in one to three sessions and then practiced independently as a ritual of inner listening and relational healing.
-
Third Treasure – The Path of Elevation: Ajikan
Associated Element: Fire
Main Function: Consciousness and transformation
Effects: Expansion, mental clarity, connection to the cosmic Self
The Third Treasure invites elevation — not as an escape upward, but as a conscious expansion of being, an inner opening to primordial light. This elevation is founded on Ajikan, the emblematic meditation of Shingon esoteric Buddhism.
At its heart lies the Sanskrit character 「A」, visualised in a moon disk, becoming a cosmic mirror: it embodies the unborn sound, luminous emptiness, the source of all manifestation. In contemplating this symbol, the practitioner resonates with their limitless, silent, and radiant nature.
The Way of Elevation follows Naikan, once the body is cleansed (Misogi) and the heart is at peace (Naikan). The inner Fire can then rise without burning: it illuminates.
Practices transmitted:
-
Ajikan – Visualisation of the Sanskrit A within a lunar disk
-
Meditative breathing – Calm, deep, regulating the nervous system
-
Cosmic Mudra (Hokkai-jōin) – Sacred gesture of union with the cosmic Buddha
-
Silent contemplation – Presence, subtle listening, welcoming of emptiness
「阿字は宇宙の始まりなり」
A ji wa uchū no hajimari nari
The A is the origin of the universe. — Shingon maxim, orally transmitted
Physical and energetic benefits:
-
Stress reduction via parasympathetic activation
-
Realignment of body posture: heart–hara–spirit axis
-
Breath regulation and upper meridian energy circulation
Emotional and spiritual benefits:
-
Deep calm and release of obsessive thoughts
-
Mental clarity and presence in the moment
-
Perception of the unlimited Self — awakening to non-dual awareness
This Third Treasure acts as a clear flame: it reveals shadows, purifies scattered thoughts, and invites silent contemplation of the Real. It bridges toward the final Treasure — the Soul and pure vibration.
Note: This Treasure can be shared in one or two sessions and then practiced independently as a meditative ritual of inner light.
-
Fourth Treasure – The Path of the Soul: Japanese Mantra Therapy
Associated Element: Air
Main Function: Vibration and subtle connection
Effects: Energetic harmonization, inner resonance, activation of subtle centers
The Fourth Treasure brings us to the heart of vibrational being. After purifying the body (Misogi), soothing the heart (Naikan), and elevating the mind (Ajikan), comes the time of deep alignment — through sacred sound.
The Path of the Soul is based on the ancestral art of mantras, shared here in their vibrational, non-religious essence. Through breath, voice, and intention, speech becomes a bridge between worlds: linking the invisible to the embodied, silence to sound, soul to Source.
This practice uses sacred Japanese and Sanskrit sounds — kotodama, bija, and Shingon mantras — to awaken energy centers, release repressed emotions, and restore inner harmony.
Practices transmitted:
-
Chanting of sacred mantras – Japanese and Sanskrit (Shingon, kotodama)
-
Vibrational breathing – anchoring, liberation, resonance
-
Voice center activation – throat chakra and authentic expression
-
Syllabic charts – guided sounds for self-practice
-
Integrated silence – post-chant inner listening
「言霊は命を呼び覚ます」
Kotodama wa inochi o yobisamasu
The sacred word awakens life. — Japanese proverb inspired by Shinto
Physical and energetic benefits:
-
Improved diaphragmatic breathing and overall oxygenation
-
Energetic rebalancing through vocal vibration
-
Release of tensions linked to unspoken truths; vocal channel opening
Emotional and spiritual benefits:
-
Stress reduction via parasympathetic activation
-
Expression of emotion through conscious voice
-
Deep reconnection to self, others, and a transcendent dimension
This Fourth Treasure marks the culmination of a vibrational cycle.
It is not the end — it is the peak. Through sacred repetition, the voice becomes offering, vibration becomes prayer without dogma, and the Being can finally speak, be silent… and radiate.
And when this radiance becomes inner silence, the space opens for one final step — subtle, invisible, essential.

The Living Mandala – A Path of Unity & Integration
Associated Element: Ether (空, Ku)
Main Function: Ultimate synthesis and transcendence
Effects: Integration of practices, inner resonance, opening to the All
The Living Mandala is not taught. It is received — to be embodied. It is the silent reward of deep work, naturally arising after the journey through the Four Treasures — like light within a crystal, revealed by the patient alignment of facets. It represents the vibrational integration of the path: the moment where breath, gesture, thought, and presence become one.
In this final ritual, the Treasures come together in a living mandala — a sacred and experimental sequence uniting body, heart, soul, and spirit.
The body remembers the Misogi.
The heart still vibrates from the echoes of Naikan.
The soul unfolds in the clarity of Ajikan.
The spirit whispers the sacred chants of mantra therapy.
The circle closes — and opens to infinity.
An inner, intimate vow is spoken — in silence or aloud — in the sacred space now awakened.
「円は終わりではなく、始まりである」
The circle is not an end, but a beginning.
