In my practice of Support, Guidance, and Counseling, I strive to help clients achieve a deeper, more authentic self-realization. My aim is to guide them toward freedom, self-empowerment, and autonomy for a better quality of life. Drawing from my training in Psychoenergetics, coaching techniques, personal experiences, and the need to address emotional suffering beyond conventional approaches, I developed H.E.A.L. Your Mind—an Evolving Approach to Conscious Transformation and Self-Realization. Rooted in Emotional Intelligence, it integrates Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) principles, Psychoenergetics, and other transformative concepts to broaden our perception of reality.

 

CBT helps individuals identify and change dysfunctional thoughts and behaviors contributing to emotional distress. To enrich this approach, I integrate Eastern philosophical, psychological, and scientific perspectives, viewing reality as a field of possibilities shaped by our thoughts and emotions. Concepts such as the “mirror reality” suggest that the outer world reflects our inner state, guiding clients to align their aspirations with their realities.

 

By fostering mindful detachment from rigid goals and embracing openness, clients reduce anxiety and invite unforeseen opportunities. Personal responsibility plays a crucial role in this process, empowering individuals to become active creators of their destiny through intentional actions and decisions.
