Hereafter referred to as “the Publisher” and “the Operator.”

 

Article 2 - Access to the Sites

Free Services: The sites, blogs, and internet pages are accessible free of charge, anytime and anywhere, to any User with an internet connection. Users are responsible for their own access costs (hardware, software, internet, etc.).

Paid Services: Services such as course enrollment, training, teaching materials, and individual support on the site are paid services.

Space Member : Non-members cannot access reserved services and must register by filling out a form. Users agree to provide sincere and accurate personal information and are responsible for keeping it up to date.​

The User is responsible for updating the information provided. Users can modify their details by accessing their Member Space.

To access services, the User must log in using their username and password, which are strictly personal. Any disclosure of this information is prohibited, and the User remains solely responsible for any use of their credentials.

Users may request to unsubscribe via their personal space or by sending an email to katjahanska@icloud.com. This request will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

In case of non-compliance with the GTU, the sites reserve the right to suspend or close the User’s account after a formal electronic notice.

Any account deletion, regardless of the reason, results in the permanent removal of all personal information of the User.

Any event caused by force majeure leading to a site or server malfunction, including interruptions or modifications due to maintenance, does not hold the sites, blogs, and internet pages accountable. In such cases, the User agrees not to hold the Publisher liable for service interruptions, even without prior notice. Users can contact the site by email as indicated in Article 1.

 

Article 3 - Personal Data
