My Approach to Exploring Japanese Mantratherapy: Ethics of Transmission
For years, I have dedicated myself to psycho-emotional support and the transmission of energetic and vibrational practices from East Asian traditions. My work is based on in-depth study and a practical approach aimed at inner transformation and human well-being.
I am neither a nun, nor a self-proclaimed spiritual master, nor an official representative of any formal tradition. I claim no religious authority or specific initiatory status. My goal is to share what I find useful, with respect and discernment, while remaining true to my inner journey and my understanding of energetic and vibrational practices.
Shingon and other Buddhist traditions offer an immeasurable wealth of spiritual practices and soul-healing methods. Some of these practices are strictly reserved for initiates of a legitimate lineage, and I deeply respect that. Others, however, have transcended time and borders to serve those seeking answers to their inner quest. It is within this dynamic that I integrate elements of these traditions, ensuring that I explain their origins and intent.
My approach is neither a simplification nor a distortion of these teachings but rather a “respectful adaptation” that highlights the therapeutic and psycho-emotional potential of certain vibrational practices. I am aware that each tradition has its guardians and regulations, but I firmly believe that knowledge should be shared with clarity and benevolence so that everyone can find what resonates with their personal journey.
I share what I consider useful, with rigor based on study, practice, and experience—never on any claim of spiritual authority. My work stands at the intersection of psycho-emotional healing and energetic practices. This approach also aligns with a form of spiritual medicine, where vibrational harmonization and awareness of subtle energies contribute to the process of inner transformation and healing. It embraces an open vision, where the human being remains at the center, with their aspirations, struggles, and deep need to understand themselves and the world around them.
Those seeking a strict and orthodox transmission of Shingon should turn to its official representatives. However, those wishing to explore a vibrational and psycho-emotional approach inspired by these teachings, with respect and sincerity, may perhaps find here—and I sincerely hope so—a resonance.
It is with this posture of openness and integrity that I continue my journey—to accompany, support, and transmit in harmony with who I am and what I wish to share.
